The audience kept changing.
An internal email, an event report, a newsletter, and an anchoring script ask for different things. I worked on all of them. Sometimes the words were read quietly on a screen. Sometimes someone had to say them into a microphone.
I cared about how they would sound in that room: what needed to be said, what could be left out, and what people would remember.
Sometimes the idea came before the words.
I also worked on concepts and stories for campus events and national celebrations. That meant thinking about how theatre, music, movement, and student participation could belong to the same story.
And then I found myself teaching it.
Through Literayllis, the literature club, I hosted more than 20 communication workshops for juniors. Writing, speaking, and helping someone become comfortable in front of a room became closely connected.
This is still a part of how I work. Even when I am building a system, I care about whether I can explain it simply.
