SEO & reporting at Monarchy

Okay, but what should we do next?

That is the question I want a report to help answer. At Monarchy, I worked on detailed SEO audits and recurring Google Business Profile reports, from collecting information to making it readable.

Research & reporting

The chapter

Reports & recurring workflows

Part of my work at Monarchy

There was plenty of research.

For Gala Nanny, I turned an SEO audit into an interactive report with ten sections. Keywords, competitors, content, technical issues, and local visibility each had a place, with an action plan to bring the findings together.

The report needed a way in.

Someone should be able to start with an overview, follow the issue that matters to them, and see the next action. I worked on that reading experience as well as the underlying reporting process.

From the Gala Nanny report

Ten sections. One place to start.

  1. 01 Overview
  2. 02 Issues
  3. 03 Keywords & Maps
  4. 04 Competitors
  5. 05 Content Strategy
  6. 06 AI / GEO
  7. 07 Technical & Schema
  8. 08 Local, NAP & Backlinks
  9. 09 Action Plan
  10. 10 Newly Added

Then there is next month.

The Google Business Profile work made collection, period comparisons, and report generation repeatable across client locations. I kept collection, analysis, and presentation separate so the team could check each part.

Looking right is only a start.

I have spent time going back through claims and asking whether the source actually supports them. A polished chart can make a weak conclusion feel convincing. I want the report to earn that confidence.
