I started close to the customer.
In December 2023, I joined Monarchy as Client Onboarding Head. It was a good place to learn: understand what a client needs, get the setup right, and make sure the work can actually begin.
From there, I moved into the Founder’s Office, special projects, and later the Chairman’s Office. The titles changed. So did the range of problems I was trusted with.

The job rarely stayed in one box.
One week could mean a client onboarding, an email deliverability problem, a dashboard, or a launch plan. Another could mean working out how a voice agent should handle the end of a call. I liked being close enough to the business to ask why we were doing something, and close enough to the tools to help make it work.
Some of that work became repeatable systems. Some needed a document, a decision, or a conversation with the right person. I had to learn which was which.
A few things that came out of it.
The projects below are different parts of the same chapter. They show the range more honestly than a long list of tools would.
What I’m still learning.
I wrote in my LinkedIn profile that I sometimes jump to the next new thing before finishing the previous one. That is still something I pay attention to. Curiosity gets me into the work; staying with it is what makes the work useful.
“PK will figure it out” is something people have said around me. I like the trust in that. I also know it means asking for help, checking the details, and coming back when something does not work.
