My work includes checking records across systems and working on the processes that connect one customer step to the next. It asks familiar questions: is the right information here, has the right action happened, and does the team know what comes next?

Wanted is a fertility platform. People arrive with personal questions, so I want the operational side to be clear and dependable. My contribution is to the systems and processes around that experience.
